Pagnozzi Charities helps disadvantaged children participate in sports.
A struggling single mom looks into the eyes of her disappointed son, and explains to him that financial hardships are keeping him from playing in Little League this year. That’s a conversation you shouldn’t have to have with young children.
Tom Pagnozzi believes in “leveling the playing field” by creating opportunities for children regardless of the family’s financial status. Being involved in competitive sports helps children develop physically, mentally, and socially however, it can be expensive. Each player must be able to pay for uniforms, travel expenses, registration fees, equipment fees, and even private lessons or training fees in some cases.
Pagnozzi Charities provides children, k-8th grade, who come from low-income families, the opportunity to play recreational sports through our Pagnozzi Youth Sports Assistance Program.
