David Lipsmeyer is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas where he was All-State Football and Baseball from at Little Rock Catholic High School. David played baseball at the University of Arkansas in 1978 and soon married Carol Dougan in the summer of 1978. David and Carol have three children; Elizabeth, 27; Rebecca, 23; and Chad, 21. They have one granddaughter Kennedy Mahone and a son-in-law, Todd Butler. David co-founded and is the current sales manager of K&K Veterinary Supply in Tonitown, Arkansas with 73 employees. David has been a long time supporter of Pagnozzi Charities since it's conception .
