Patrick Woodruff is a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas. Born and raised in Rogers, where he attended Rogers High School. Patrick is a University of Arkansas graduate, completing his Bachelor' degree in Business Management in the spring of 2004 and obtained his Arkansas Real Estate License in September of 2004.

While attending the University, Patrick played baseball for the Arkansas Razorbacks, lettering in 2002. He was employed by Pagnozzi Properties before joining Terminella and Associates. Patrick's hobbies include hunting, fishing and other sports activities.

Patrick currently lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Meredith. He is a member of the Metro Area Board of Realtors and the Arkansas Realtors Association.
