It is through the generous contribution of our donors and sponsors that we are able to provide these scholarships.

Parents or guardians must complete and submit the Scholarship Application, proof of all household income for the previous month and a copy of the completed sports registration, at least, 2 weeks prior to registration deadline. Completed scholarship applications can be submitted by email, mail, fax or brought by our office.
